These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili8 ("jili8," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili8 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jili8.live and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the jili8 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. • You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jili8, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jili8 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jili8 or any relevant regulatory authority.

By registering on jili8, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To access the full features of the jili8 Platform, you must create a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on jili8. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jili8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jili8 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jili8 account or any rights therein to any other person.

All financial transactions on the jili8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and chosen payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jili8 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• jili8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• jili8 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the originating account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• jili8 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• jili8 will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

jili8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• jili8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the jili8 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply to all games on jili8:

• Random Number Generation: All game outcomes on jili8 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, jili8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jili8 will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by jili8 at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, jili8's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. The outcome of the completed round will be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any jili8 software or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the jili8 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of jili8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from jili8.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorized use of jili8's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jili8 reserves all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili8 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jili8 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether or not caused by jili8's negligence.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any technical failures, including server outages, network disruptions, or software errors, that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, jili8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time when requested.

• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jili8.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting jili8 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in such courts.

jili8 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

jili8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jili8 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
